*Saxophone and Clarinet lists mention upgrading mouthpieces on the sheets; the mouthpieces provided with the instrument by music stores are sometimes not in great shape. The mouthpiece is a vital part of the instrument and sometimes a bad mouthpiece will hold a student back from success. The ones we listed as an upgrade are GREAT quality, but are a little more expensive than some other ones. We hope that you choose to make this investment in the instrument, but you are encouraged to shop around for the best price you can find.
